Hiring Policy

Policy - All vacant positions in Community Living Algoma will be filled on the basis of identified organizational need by qualified candidates selected and appointed on the basis of bona fide occupational requirements to be considered within the framework of legislation, applicable collective agreements, equal opportunity, fairness of employment and budgetary limitations.

Purpose - To attract, select, retain and promote individuals who have the knowledge, skills, aptitudes and attitudes necessary for Community Living Algoma to successfully fulfill its Mission.
